BIO:

Lily Lyons’ lush, poetic songwriting has become the secret weapon of many artists and made her a sought-after collaborator in the music industry. From euphoric pop with viral artist Shuba to delicate storylines with indie darlings Twisted Pine, she elevates everything she touches.

Known especially for her lyrics, Lyons’ visceral writing has been released under major labels such as Universal, Empire, Brainjack Music, Magic Music, and Signature Sounds. Her songs for artists have over 15 million plays across platforms and have been featured on 8 Spotify Editorial Playlists, including EQUAL Global and New Music Friday India.

Lyons grew up in the rich storytelling culture of the Appalachian south and honed her creative instincts at Berklee College of Music. While there, she co-wrote the song “21 and Rising,” which won an honorable mention in the 2017 International Songwriting Competition. Now she works as a session writer in LA and has begun to write songs for TV and Film, with credits on shows such as CBS’s The Young and the Restless.

When Lyons collaborates, she curates a writing room filled with warmth, humor, and incisive listening. The resulting songs feel beautifully confidential and vivid. No matter the genre, her finger remains on the pulse of the story.
